Start Curing In 3 Easy Steps:
Step 1:
Install the Smart Brain onto the lid on your bucket, c-vault, or tote. Make sure it has a proper seal.
Step 2:
Touch the Cure Lid with your hand to turn it on.
Step 3:
Press the auto button.
That’s it! You’re done! Now let the lid do the rest.
Cure Lids will automatically cycle the air every 12 hours (2 burps a day).
Want more cycles? Press and hold the auto button for 3 seconds IN THE OFF MODE to enable 6 hour cycles (4 burps a day). Be sure to tap the auto button again to operate ON mode.
Automatic Fresh Air Exchange
Cure Lids will vent out gases such as C02 and exchange fresh air through a carbon filter. Just push the auto button and let it work for you.
Temp/Humidity Monitoring
Accurately monitor temp and humidity levels incase you ever get worried. Just tap the smart brain in the center with your hand to light up the display for a reading. Please know that when the unit is operating it will have the most accurate reading of humidity.

DIY Tip: Unscrew the smart CureLid curing brain and attach it to whatever you currently use such as Yellow Top Storage Bins, Metal Containers, Drums, ETC.
We recommend using a 1-1/16” hole saw to drill a small hole and then easily screw on the smart unit.

One less thing to have to worry about during curing and great long term storage. I have multiple units used on several types of containers. Im liking the c-vault best.
Would these cure lids work with 44 gallon drums?
They work with 27 gallon totes but on a drum 44 gallons I would personally suggest running 2-3 units on a drum and testing it.
Run the Cure Lid Smart Brains on 4 burps per day cycle and set them to "ON" Function one hour apart so they are constantly doing sequential burps every two hours or less depending on how many you stack.
