General Hydroponics FloraKleen is a specialized clearing solution formulated to help dissolve and remove fertilizer salts and mineral residue from hydroponic systems, growing media, and potting soils.

FloraKleen can be incorporated into routine system maintenance, used for a mid-cycle reset, or applied as a final flush before harvest. Removing accumulated fertilizer residue helps keep growing media and feeding systems cleaner and supports more consistent nutrient management.

Hydroponic System Maintenance

5. Drain the clearing solution and refill the system with fresh nutrient solution.

Soil, Coco and Soilless Media

1. Mix FloraKleen with fresh water according to the product label.
2. Apply the solution evenly until sufficient runoff drains from the container.
3. Allow the container to drain thoroughly.
4. Resume the appropriate fertilizer program at the next scheduled feeding unless your crop is in its final finishing period.

Final Flush

For final-cycle use, drain the existing nutrient solution and prepare a fresh-water solution using the application rate on your FloraKleen label. Apply or circulate during the label-specified finishing period before harvest.

Important: Use FloraKleen as a standalone clearing solution without base fertilizers. Application methods vary between recirculating hydroponics, drain-to-waste irrigation, and container media, so always follow the directions printed on your bottle.

Storage

Store FloraKleen upright in its original container with the cap tightly sealed. Keep it in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Follow the product label and Safety Data Sheet for handling and disposal.
