Does growit reqiure a freshwater flush to remove residual salt prior to planting seeds in it?
The coco is already rinsed free from salts. It is recommended to buffer coco with a Nutrient Solution pH'd at the correct range you prefer. Most growers buffer their coco in a range of 5.8 to 6.2ph with a low strength nutrient solution for planting into. Normally 100-300ppm range is suitable.
