Simply place the mat in any suitably sized grow tray that has a raised pattern in the bottom for air circulation.

Sprinkle seeds of your choice, then keep them moist to support germination and sustain them until they’re ready to harvest.

Shelf Life: Store out of sunlight in a cool dry place. Grow Mats should be monitored monthly. Mats have a 12 month shelf life when stored correctly. 

Disposal: Mats are biodegradable and compostable. Hemp fibres are one of the strongest natural fibres on earth and will take 12-24 months to fully breakdown.
